Kelly Square is a historically significant, 3-story building on the courthouse square in downtown Sherman. Built in the 1870s, the interiors showcase many original features, with thoughtful updates to enhance your comfort and accommodate the latest technology.
The spacious atrium includes a custom-made staircase leading to the upper two floors. An antique Amish buggy is a favorite conversation piece and the perfect spot for your photos. Kelly Square’s antique piano, located on the first floor, was recently equipped with a new, state-of-the-art player, providing entertainment for all ages.
You may reserve one room or multiple floors depending on the size of your event. You and your guests may choose a seated dinner or an elegant buffet with a variety of menus.
